HVAC and Mechanical Contracting

Our team of estimators, project managers, and superintendents work together to keep your mechanical projects on time and on budget.

Bid & Spec

If you have a mechanical project in the pipeline and you are looking for a reliable, experienced contractor, you’ve come to the right place. At FourSeasons, our team of estimators works with partners and best-fit vendors to reduce costs and expedite construction.

Although every job is unique, here is our general process for bid & spec projects:

  •  A potential client submits a request for proposal.
  • Our estimators begin an internal vetting process to ensure the job is appropriate for our capabilities and existing project schedule. We only bid jobs for which we believe we can provide exceptional service.
  • If we decide to bid, the estimating team reaches out to our partners and best-fit vendors to build a proposal.
  • When possible, we build value engineering options into the proposal so clients can select the best plan for their needs, building design, and budget
  • The completed proposal is sent out to bid.
  • We conduct an internal handoff from our estimating team to the dedicated project manager.
  • The team uploads project details to Procore, our project management software. The client, designer, partners, and all parties involved can access information and collaborate using Procore.
  • The project manager then develops the job schedule, setting important milestone targets.
  • Through Procore or the client’s preferred method, we send a detailed submittal for approval.
  • As work begins, we maintain open client communication and hold regular job meetings until the project is complete
  • As construction nears completion, we conduct closeout procedures. This includes a detailed summary of project outcomes and an explanation of any future maintenance needs.

Design & Build

Our team of innovators loves to tackle a new project. If you are expanding your facility, planning an energy upgrade, or looking for an industrial HVAC solution, we’ll help you get started. If you like our ideas, we can carry your project across the finish line.

Designing a new project from scratch is exciting, but rarely straightforward. Here are the steps we take to guide new initiatives:

  •  A Tennessee business or organization reaches out to us with a mechanical question or concern. The question often has a large or unusual scope.
  •  Our experts get to work on a solution, starting a series of questions and conversations with the client to better understand the scenario.
  • We present a preliminary solution and tentative budget.
  • If we receive initial approval, we transition to the engineering stage of the project.
  • Next, we develop and present in-depth engineering plans to the client and work to finalize the budget.
  • The permitting process begins.
  • As work begins, we maintain open client communication and hold regular job meetings until the project is complete.
  • As construction nears completion, we conduct closeout procedures. This includes a detailed summary of project outcomes and an explanation of any future maintenance needs.
